General

- There are many times where people upload, and or help others. In return all they ask is for a simple "thank you." I believe you can do that. Right?
- Racist talk or ideas are NOT allowed. We don't hate any race. Now do we?
- Please post in the correct forum. Simple navigation. Thats all.
- Don't use the CAPS that much. Yeah.
- Search before you post. Easy huh?
- Have a problem with another member? Tell a staff.
- No advertising. Unless you want to affiliate with NDS123. Contact SilentDeath1226 for that.

Posting a post, or thread

- No posting links to other sites, forums, blogs, etc. If you want to spread the word of your site. Type it in your Signature. Well you can post anything that has to do with YouTube, Filehosting sites, MySpace, Facebook, IMDB.com, Ebay.com.
- Do not steal links.
- Ask for PERMISSION of uploaders, if you want to use their links.
- Do not post NDS123 links to other sites. Only with PERMISSION
- Minors can enter this site. So you know what that means. NO PORN.
- Do NOT flood the board.
- This site is English. Try to keep it like that.

Posting Downloads

- All users can post their uploads, and fulfill a request.
- A thanks wouldn't hurt. Try saying thanks to uploaders.
- If you can, keep your links new and fresh. No dead links allowed. If there is a dead link report them to the uploader. If the uploader can not fix the dead link, then take the link down.

Requesting

- Don't give or ask for Credit Card numbers, Fake I.D's, Usernames, Passwords, etc.

- If a request is fulfilled. Say thank you. Is the least you can do.
More than one account

- YOU CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT.
- E-mail SilentDeath1226@yahoo.com if you cannot access your account.
I will change your password.
- I will ask for additional imformation to make sure you are the right owner of the account.
Signatures, and Avatars

- Avatars must be 100x100
- For signature 5 lines normal size text.
- 2 signatures are ok. No more.
- Signatures can only be 300 pixels high.
- Yes, you may advertise your site on your signature.
- Up to 5 thin userbars.
- No porn, no bad language on signature.
This is how it goes. If you break any of these rules you will get warned. If you get warned 5 times (depending on what rule you broke), you will be banned. You may be banned for days, weeks, months. It all depends on your actions. Just be nice.
