How to plan the perfect team!

i dont normally plan teams... but do any of u guys have a basis for making a great team this is what i tend to use but i guess i mix and match as well!
starter
spec attacker
attacker
spec wall
physical wall
other probably with a choice item or support set!

aLso i dont have more than 2 weaknesses in a team!


Id like to c your ideas

Oh, I usually do Lead, Attker, SpAttker, Def, SpDef, and a Wild Card Or Support.
